This policy explains how Aurumbiolabs handles final-sale purchases, damaged deliveries, and order-related issues.
Orders are generally non-returnable.
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are generally treated as final sale. We do not accept routine returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed.
Products offered for laboratory and research use are handled as limited-distribution materials. For that reason, returns based on preference, changed research plans, ordering mistakes, or a decision not to use a product are generally not eligible for refund.

- Provide a clear description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Keep all original packaging materials until the review is complete.
- Do not discard, relabel, or alter the product before we review the claim.
Failure to report a visible shipping issue within the review window may limit our ability to investigate the shipment with internal staff or the carrier.

If an issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or another reasonable resolution at our discretion.
Resolution decisions may depend on the nature of the issue, inventory availability, shipping records, submitted documentation, and whether policy conditions were followed by the purchaser.
Inspect on ArrivalPlease inspect shipments as soon as they arrive.
Customers should review packages promptly after delivery and confirm that the contents, labels, and quantities match the order confirmation. Immediate review helps identify carrier damage, packing errors, or visible delivery issues before evidence is lost.
If the outer packaging appears tampered with or compromised, document the condition before opening the shipment and contact support without delay.
Refund ScopeApproved exceptions remain limited.
Any exception we make for a verified problem does not create an ongoing obligation to accept future returns outside this policy. Refunds, credits, or replacements, if offered, are limited to the specific order and issue reviewed.
We reserve the right to deny claims that appear incomplete, inconsistent with delivery records, or outside the stated reporting window.
